Lewis Precision & CNC, Inc. is a full service CNC machine shop that specializes in both prototype and production precision machined products specified to engineered tolerances.
We specialize in high strength, high temperature, and extremely complex CNC precision machined parts for the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Automotive, Hydraulic, Rubber & Plastics, Pumps, Cryogenics and Valve industries. We are experienced in machining a wide range of exotic materials such as inconel, nickel alloys, duplex & super duplex, titanium, monel, stainless steels, carbon, carbon alloy and aluminum, as well as a host of other composite materials. In addition to our CNC machining capabilities we offer complete “Full Service” tool & cutter grinding capabilities, CAD documentation, design, build and test services for special fixtures, cutting tools and machinery.
Strategically located in Mobile, Al our sustained product coverage can range both domestic and international. Our CNC machinery and grinding equipment is housed in a 14,000 square foot air conditioned facility. Lewis Precision & CNC operates key support equipment to include (2 ) 5 ton capacity overhead cranes (1)3,000lb and (1) 5,000 lb capacity forklift. Autocad drawing Software, Gibbs Cam 4axis software with solid modeling which can directly import Solid Works, Solid Edge and any parasolid format files as well as other standard file formats.
